Scouting Leadership Role:

My Scouting role involves:

Planning programs for Beavers (ages 6–8), completing risk assessments, and preparing necessary session paperwork. 

Assisting young leaders with their training.

Help lead Cubs (ages 8–10) involving running games and activities.

Run Scout Sessions (ages 10–14½) by leading sessions, supporting skill-building, and tackling challenges together. 

All of this boosts my confidence and teamwork skills while ensuring safety is always maintained.

Volunteering Opportunities:

Garforth & District Lions:

I’ve supported Garforth & District Lions' annual Santa Run in 2024.

Walking through my local area with volunteers, accompanying Santa's buggy, and collecting donations.

This is an amazing way to help the wider community.

Ilkley Playhouse - The Trials:

Between late November 2024 and January 2025, I'm working as a lighting/sound operator & sound designer. 

This took on required skills like teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and technical knowledge. Creativity was essential when I was choosing for certain SFX, music, and lighting for certain parts of the production.
